Please review the following important details for your AVON 39 weekend.

Your Event Materials

Your event wristband and luggage tag with inserts are on their way to you. You may have already received them in the mail. If not, you'll be receiving them shortly! These supplies are all you need!

IMPORTANT: DO NOT LOSE YOUR SUPPLIES OR INSERTS. DO NOT GIVE OR LEND YOUR SUPPLIES OR INSERTS TO ANYONE ELSE AS THEY ARE SPECIFICALLY ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

You must arrive at AVON 39 wearing your wristband. It must be worn for the entire AVON 39 weekend. Participants without wristbands will not have access to Rest Stops or services along the route and at Basecamp 39.

Arrival Information (Mandatory for All Crew!)

ALL CREW MEMBERS are required to attend Event Eve for the mandatory All-Crew Meeting at 5:00pm!

While you're there, enjoy the festivities, meet new friends, visit SHOP 39, learn about our sponsors, and start your AVON 39 weekend off right!

The AVON 39 Houston Check-In Friday is from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, April 24, 2015 at the following location:

Replacement Items

If you forget your wristband or if your wristband was damaged in the mail, you can pick up a replacement wristband at the Early Check-In Help Desk (on Friday from 4:00pm-8:00pm), or at the Late Check-In tent (on Saturday morning from 5:00am-6:00am).

Additional Donations

You may drop off additional donations at Check-In Friday at the Early Check-In Help Desk or at the Late Check-In tent on Saturday morning.

More Arrival Information

The AVON 39 Houston Opening Ceremony, which will take place at Stude Park, 1031 Stude Street, Houston, TX 77007, on Saturday, April 25, 2015.

For all Participants, luggage (with your luggage tag attached!) may be dropped off when you arrive at the Opening Ceremony at your assigned Gear Truck (ex: if you are in tent A004, you will bring your bag to Truck A) and you'll be ready to start your Walk. Gear should be dropped off by 6:00am.

Fundraising Rewards

If you have qualified for one of our 2015 Fundraising Rewards, and you reached this level several weeks ago, your item(s) should have arrived in the mail — congratulations!

If you have recently reached one of our award levels, you can stop by our Fundraising Rewards table at Check-In Friday or the Registration Station Tent at Basecamp 39. There's still time to get one of our rewards! Simply reach a reward level by Check-In Friday and bring a print-out of your Participant Center homepage with your fundraising total to pick up your item!
