Join us at Runners High 'n Tri on March 4th for a training walk and shoe fit clinic. Arrive at 9:00 am for donuts and coffee and go for a quick training walk nearby. Return to Runners High 'n Tri where the owners will lead an information session to prepare and equip you with the best shoes and athletic wear and answer any quesitons you may have.
