It’s been quite a journey. One that will never be over. One that has changed me for the better!
After chemo, surgery and radiation, I completed my treatment just over a yearago and am working my way back to feeling strong and I'm ready to make a difference. 1 in 8 women is diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime ... our mothers, daughters, wives and friends ... 1 in 8, and men are not immune either.
I am participating in AVON 39 The Walk to End Breast Cancer. From now until AVON 39 weekend in June, I'll train to strengthen my body to walk over 39 miles in two days. I'll also be raising funds to crush breast cancer. This is where you come in.
I am required to raise at least $1,800 to EARN MY 39, but I hope to raise more! I hope I can count on your support!
