I am participating in AVON 39 The Walk to End Breast Cancer in memory of my sister-in-law, Gralen Wilson. Gralen was energetic, full of life, had a contagious smile and loved her friends and family very much. Gralen touched the lives of everyone she met with her welcoming spirit and positive attitude. Gralen was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in 2015. Gralen faced her diagnosis with positivity and courage. We all thought Gralen was going to beat this disease, it anyone could it was her. Gralen lost her battle on October 23, 2016 at the young age of 49. Gralen never stopped fighting and I plan to help continue her fight. She may have lost her battle but she would want us to continue to fight for others who have been diagnosed with this devastating disease.
