I am so excited to be part of the 2016 Avon39 Santa Barbara Youth Crew!  I am one of 16 other youths who have earned a spot on the team.  We all have been affected by Breast Cancer, and I want to be a part of CRUSHING it for good! 

For two days, I will be supporting all the heros, like my mom, who will walk 39.3 miles in Santa Barbara to end the disease who took my grandma from me on May 27, 2015.  After a two and a half year battle, she earned her wings.  I miss her every day. 

My mom is my inspiration.  She has been part of Avon39 since 2013 and has completed 3 walks!  This year, she will complete her 4th, and I am so excited to be cheering her on every step of the way!  I am required to raise $500, but I want to raise more than that.  Please help me reach my goal.  Anything you can spare is appreciated.  Please help me change the world and make it a better place.

I’m walking with thousands of other 39ers. We’re banding together in solidarity and have one goal: to take breast cancer down. So many sisters and mothers and friends have been lost.
