As many of you know I was diagnosed in May with lobular cancer, and had a single mastectomy a few weeks ago. I start Chemo later this month and radiation to follow after that. As many of you know I am not big on flowers or other gifts (just ask my husband who decided I was a hopeless cause long ago). What I do care about are facts and data. While there has been tremendous progress in our fight against breast cancer, there is still so much that the doctors don't know. I can't tell you how many times I have heard, well you are in a grey area. What I would ask is that you put your support for me into funding for the CURE and building the fact base that every women who faces this disease needs to have to make the tough calls on their treatments.
