Team Avon New York is all about impact. Together, we take on AVON 39 The Walk to End Breast Cancer and we raise funds to make life better for breast cancer patients and their families.
We each have our reasons for participating – whether it’s a personal fight with breast cancer, the struggle or loss of a loved one, a deep commitment to the cause, or the urge to dig deep and do something BIG. Team Avon New York is determined to put an end to the suffering caused by this disease.
We've each made a big
commitment. We’ll spend the next few
months raising life-saving funds and training to walk up to a marathon and a
half over two days. Because we're in this together, we know that we can do it!

About Avon Breast Cancer Crusade
The Avon Breast Cancer Crusade qualifies under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Launched in 1992, the Crusade is affiliated with the Avon Foundation for Women. The Crusadeā€™s philanthropic commitment is to enable access to medical advances and support services for breast cancer patients, particularly those from vulnerable populations, and to invest in research on the prevention, diagnostics, and treatment of breast cancer. Funding is awarded to beneficiaries ranging from leading cancer centers to community-based breast health programs for awareness and education; screening and diagnosis; access to treatment; support services; and scientific research.
