Teams will qualify for Platinum Team status by completing one of the following:
Option 1: Build a Team of 10 or more
Recruit new team members (2016 Walkers only) to join your team by specified deadline.* All Teams that reach a total of 10 team members or more (Walkers only) will qualify. Example: If your team has 6 Walker team members, you would need to recruit 4 additional new Walker team members by the deadline to qualify for this team package.
Option 2: Be a Team of 2-9 members and reach $20,000 in fundraising!
Any team of 2-9 members that reaches the $20,000 fundraising mark by the specified deadline will qualify. If your team is participating in team fundraising and has met the $20,000 fundraising mark when including team funds, please let your Walker Coach know.
Remember: It takes 2-3 weeks for check donations to process, so encourage your donors to visit and donate through your online webpage for immediate fundraising results.
Teams that meet either of the above criteria by the specified deadline will earn the following rewards:
We’ll announce all Platinum Team winners within a week of the program’s close. Full details on how you will pick up/take part in Platinum Team prizes will be sent to Team Captains two weeks before the AVON 39 Weekend.
