Breast Cancer has touched my family and those of many friends. My maternal grandmother succumbed to the disease. My Mom had a mastectomy. And even in cases where lumps turn out to be benign, the knot in one’s stomach waiting for diagnosis is not something easily forgotten. There have been great strides in breast cancer research over the last decade and countless lives have been saved.
We need to eradicate this disease and I am committed to do my part. On October 14/15, I will join JournEY for a Cure and participate in AVON 39, the walk to end breast cancer. Please support me.
