"The greatest healing therapy is friendship and love" - Hubert H. Humphrey
Welcome, and thank you for visiting our AVON 39 team page!
Sugar's Trekkers for Ta-Tas will once again take to the streets - this year in Santa Barbara - to walk for our friends and loved ones who are fighting the breast cancer battle, and to promote awareness through Sugar Rub! that our pets can get breast cancer, too.
Sugar's Trekkers will travel to this event from all of the country, and are a group of individuals dedicated to eradicating breast cancer! We will train, and we will fundraise, we will promote awareness and fight for a cure, and we will support our friends.
We each have our reasons for participating - - whether it’s a personal fight with breast cancer, the struggle or loss of a loved one, or a deep commitment to the cause.
We've each made a big commitment. We’ll spend the next few months training to prepare for a walk of up to a marathon and a half. Each team member is required to raise at least $1,800 in donations. But because we're in this together, we know that, with your help, we can do it.
Please support our team. You can make a donation to any team member by clicking on their name, and you’ll be taken to their personal page. If you'd prefer to write a check, just contact one of us and we'll send you the form and information. Your support in the past has helped Suagr's Trekkers for Ta-Tas become a Platinum Level team, and we hope to surpass that in 2017!
Please check back here frequently to see how we're doing, and thanks in advance for your support!
Peace and love,
Sugar's Trekkers
